After meeting and talking with Ashley at the gym, I soon decided to sign up for her personal training sessions; she seemed extremely knowledgable and experienced with the matter.  I decided to start training with Ashley mostly due to my post pregnancy weight.  I really wanted to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, and with the help of Ashley, I was able to do that.

I loved the idea of Ashley coming to me where we could work out in the comfort of my own home; especially shortly after having a baby.  The flexibility with her scheduling is awesome!  I started seeing results very quickly after only a few sessions!  My goal was to lose 32 pounds in order to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, and after about 2 months, Ashley helped me reach my goal.

What I love about her workouts is they are exciting and each one is different.  She uses a lot of interval type training, which really works and make the hour pass by very fast!  My favorite workouts are the ones that require the TRX bands, because they use your own body weight and it's almost as though you don't feel how hard your body is really working (until the next day).  

I have already completed two packages with Ashley and am currently on my third package.  I am extremely pleased with the workout programs that Ashley brings forth and could confidently say that if it were not for Ashley's personal training sessions, I would have not been as motivated to meet my weight loss goal.

I decided in the summer of (2013) to sign up for my 1st membership at a gym.  On my 1st day I met Ashley Miller.  I remember walking into her 1st class and thinking this is exactly what I needed.

I spent the next several months taking TRX and weight lifting with Ashley along with the other cardio classes the gym offered.  After a slight break during the Holidays , I started back at the gym beginning of January (2014).

Now that I was back in full force, Ashley made it her goal to help me succeed.  After talking to her about my major weight loss journey and where I would like to go now, she knew exactly what to do to help.  Every morning Ashley held me accountable in class pushing me to my limits.  As a trainer she developed a proper workout routine for myself and told me exactly what I should do in order to see results.  She is the 1st trainer to actually listen to me.  Without a doubt Ashley is an amazing trainer.  There has never been a time where she couldn’t squeeze me in for a workout or show me new exercises.

Not only is Ashley a great trainer, she has taught me a lot about foods and how they work with the body and exercising.  I can’t thank Ashley enough for what she has done for me over the past year and I promise you that if you train with her you will have the most amazing life changing experience.
